Cancellation Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable, If you must cancel your appointment you will lose any existing deposit and will need to schedule a new appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another day/time that is convenient to you.
